Deadline for registration is to be announced.
Entry fee is $425 per team if registered before announced deadline and $450 3 weeks prior to tournament. Refundable minus $25 dollars administrative cost if tournament is cancelled for any reason.
Late registrations, 2 weeks prior to the tournament $475 total per team. One week prior to the tournament is $500 total per team.

Original Entry/Waiver and Team roster must be accompanied by check or money order by designated deadline.

All entries are subject to availability and on a first pay first serve basis. No teams will be accepted without registration and appropriate funds. Team roster can be emailed 2 weeks prior to the tournament if teams wants to be listed in the official tournament brochure.

WAIVER

We hereby waive, release and discharge Aquatic Concepts, Inc dba Thunder Water Polo, North Shore Aquatic Complex, the City of St. Petersburg and all places of the International Cinco de Mayo Men's Open Water Polo Tournament. The event, facility and all their directors, trustees, coaches, employees, officials, referees, volunteers and members of Thunder Water Polo from any and all liability for losses, claims, injuries and deaths as a results of the players and team's participation in the  2011 International Cinco de Mayo Men's Open Water Polo Tournament and associated activities.
